POWER OF THE STONES

According to some ancient traditions, stones carry powers within them. There is not a region of the world which does not have its own popular beliefs regarding the virtues of stones. Fine stones were used to reinforce positive and beneficial energies by wearing them in necklaces or bracelets. Close to mysticism, these beliefs were important to the pirates AND SAILORS who used the stones as a good luck charm. Some stones like the Iolite were even used for navigation.
