Do you offer an engraving service?
Yes, for some jewelry, especially rings, we can add engravings. Do not hesitate to contact our custom service for any engraving request at custom@flibustierparis.com.
How should I store my FLIBUSTIER jewelry?
We recommend that you purchase a protective jewelry box or tarnish-proof bag to protect your jewelry from light and heat. Poly bags can also protect your jewelry from tarnishing. Be careful, never use polyvinyl bags because they contain sulfur compounds which accelerate the tarnishing of silver. Don't leave your jewelry in your bathroom.
Why and how are FLIBUSTIER jewelry stamped?
FLIBUSTIER jewelry is hallmarked in our workshops in accordance with French and European regulations. The maker's or master's mark is used to certify the title of an alloy. Indeed, pure silver or gold are too soft to be used alone in jewelry and common metals are added to them to make them more solid and durable. The title of a metal (also called fineness of the alloy) is given in parts (by mass) per 1000 parts of alloy. For example, 750 thousandths of gold means that there are 750 parts of pure gold in 1000 parts of gold alloy. The alloy is guaranteed by the affixing of the maker's mark and in the case of solid gold objects of more than 3g by the addition of the National guarantee hallmark. Our standard maker's mark features a skull and the acronym "FP" in a diamond. All our pieces of jewelry, with the exception of the smallest, are struck with this hallmark.
How long do I have to return my order?
Without prejudice to your legal right of withdrawal and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on our eStore Flibustier Paris, you have 14 days for a refund and 30 days for an exchange or a credit note from the receipt of the products by you or by a third party designated by you to return the products.
Only new, unworn and in perfect condition products can be exchanged.
These provisions do not affect the statutory right of withdrawal or the extended right of return.
Have you received my return package?
The easiest way is to check with your delivery service. Packages received by our services are not processed immediately and there may be a delay between receipt of the package and the change in the status of your return to "package received". If you wish to check that the returned items have been received correctly, we invite you to contact Customer Service by sending an e-mail to contact@flibustierparis.com.
Can I exchange my items purchased on the website in a Flibustier Paris store?
Without prejudice to your right of withdrawal, you have 30 days from their receipt by you or a designated third party to exchange the products purchased on the FLIBUSTIER PARIS online store with its customer service or in a FLIBUSTIER PARIS official store.
Products purchased on the FLIBUSTIER PARIS online store can be exchanged in our Parisian Flagship Store.
Only products purchased from the FLIBUSTIER PARIS online store, excluding products purchased from a partner online store, can be exchanged in our Paris flagship store.
To make an exchange at the Parisian Flagship Store, you must print the purchase invoice sent to you by email and go to the Concept Store with this invoice and the product you wish to exchange in its original box. . No exchange will be accepted in the absence of presentation of the purchase invoice from the FLIBUSTIER PARIS online store.
You can exchange the products purchased on the FLIBUSTIER PARIS online store for a product of the same reference and of a different size (subject to its availability in the FLIBUSTIER PARIS Flagship Store) or against any other product available in the Flagship Store for an amount equal to or greater than the product you wish to exchange.
In the event of a price difference, the supplement must be paid directly to the Flagship Store during the exchange.
No returns can be made in store on Saturdays and Sundays.
Can I return FLIBUSTIER earrings?
For hygienic reasons, sets with earrings (pendants, hoops, ear studs) cannot be returned.
Can I add a personalized message to the attention of the person who will receive the gift?
Yes at the time of your order, you can leave us a comment to this effect and our team will take care of preparing a nice hand-written postcard with your message. A great way to customize your gift.
Can I place an order by phone?
You can order by phone by calling customer service on +331 78 76 64 50 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Paris time), excluding public holidays. Our team will be happy to help you. Some of us speak French, English and Spanish.
Why was my order canceled?
Different reasons may explain the cancellation of an order: one of the products ordered is no longer in stock or your size is no longer available, payment has not been received, the delivery address entered during the order is not correct, etc ... The cancellation of your order results in the partial or total refund of your order. Refunds can take up to 14 days, depending on your bank.
How can I place an order?
To place an order, please select the item(s) of your choice and place it (them) in your shopping cart. Once your selection is complete, follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. As soon as your order is validated, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been taken into account. Remember to monitor your SPAMS and add us to the list of trusted emails in your email software.
How will my items be packaged?
Orders are delivered in a regular unmarked parcel box with jewelry packaged in Flibustier logo-typed boxes or logo-typed black faux leather pouches. If you select the "gift wrap" option a logo-typed black paper bag with silver foil will also be delivered to you with your order. Orders will be delivered in letterbox compatible packaging, this may vary depending on order size and carrier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept most commonly used payment methods:
- Paypal via Prestashop checkout (accepts most popular payment methods in Europe) gives you access to Paypal 4x installments payment as well.
- 3x or 4x free of Sofinco fees for orders from € 150 for French residents.
- Debit and credit cards via our partner Payplug (VISA, Master Card, Maestro, etc ...)
If you pay for your purchases with Visa or Mastercard, you will need to use the identification method required by the bank that issued your credit card.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. From the receipt of the order confirmation email, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel your order. However, in accordance with the applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and be reimbursed for the returned products as well as the corresponding delivery costs. Return costs are not covered by FLIBUSTIER PARIS but can be reimbursed by Paypal if you have chosen this method of payment. How can I modify my personal information in my personal space?
To modify your account information, connect to your personal space here and go to the "My account" section, where you can modify your personal information, your contact details and view your orders.
What types of email will I receive regarding my order?
Upon validation of your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the summary of your order. You will also receive an email informing you of the shipment of your order as well as the tracking number of the package. Finally, a few days after sending your order, you will receive an email from FLIBUSTIER PARIS in order to obtain your opinion on the jewelry purchased.
How can I track my order?
If you registered for an account, once we've given your parcel to our carrier you can track your order in here. Alternatively you will receive an email with your tracking number even if you are not registered on our website.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to more than 120 countries, if your country is not listed please send us an email at contact@flibustierparis.com and we'll be glad to assist you.
How long will it take for my order to get here?
Shipping delays depend on the country of destination as well as the carrier chosen. We generally hand your parcel to the selected carrier in up to 48h. That is because everything is handmade and we work with very small stocks, which means that when you place an order, we actually have to make your jewel. Here are the delays observed once we've given your parcel to the carrier:
France: 24-48h
Europe: 24-96h
International: up to 9 days if your country is really really far from France or on a remote island (it always take more time to reach a remote island).
What are the costs?
Again this will depend on the carrier and where you are BUT we have done our best to find a free shipping solution for everyone. Where can I use my FLIBUSTIER PARIS Gift Card?
The FLIBUSTIER PARIS Gift Card can be used only on the FLIBUSTIER PARIS online store. It cannot be used in the Parisian Flagship Store or in any partner multi-brand stores.
Can I benefit from current promotions on jewelry purchased with my Gift Card?
Yes, by spending my Gift Card I benefit from current promotions.
Can I benefit from an ongoing promotion when purchasing a Gift Card?
No, no promotion and no coupon can be triggered by the purchase of a Gift Card.
Example: during the promotion "one item purchased, the second 20% off", if I buy a card for 150 €, I will not have a reduction on the second item and vice versa.
Can I use my Gift Card in several times?
Yes, you can use it several times until the balance is used up.
How long is the Flibustier Gift Card valid for?
You have 12 months to use the Gift Card from the date of activation, that is to say the date of purchase of the Gift Card.
Can I use my Gift Card to buy a new one?
No, the Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
Can I be refunded of the remaining balance on my card?
No, the balance of the Gift Card cannot be converted into money, nor can it be transferred to another Gift Card, nor to a credit card or to a bank account. Likewise, a purchase made with a gift card cannot be refunded.
My article is tarnished. What should I do ?
925 Sterling silver jewelry oxidizes naturally over time. This phenomenon can be accentuated depending on the type of skin and particularly its acidity. The blackening of silver jewelry can also be caused by contact with an abrasive product, cosmetics or by frequent exposure to dust. This phenomenon can also occur if the jewel is often in contact with acid sweat, due to the consumption of acidic foods and alcoholic beverages as well as to the taking of febrifuge medication. Tarnishing is therefore not a manufacturing defect.
Silver jewelry can also blacken on contact with synthetic fabrics which cause electrochemical reactions. Other products can also blacken silver jewelry such as those used for dry cleaning, those used to treat leather and finally the glues used in leather goods.
Regular cleaning with a chamois cloth is recommended.
FLIBUSTIER PARIS offers you a free tailor-made cleaning service for your FLIBUSTIER jewelry in its Parisian boutique.
My order received is incorrect, defective or incomplete. What should I do ?

What should I do if my FLIBUSTIER PARIS jewel is lost or stolen?
The warranty does not entitle you to any replacement or refund in the event of theft or loss of an item. We recommend that you take an insurance for all your valuable jewelry. General wear, tarnish or improper use is not covered by the warranty. This in no way affects your statutory rights.
Can my FLIBUSTIER jewelry be repaired?
As a manufacturer we have a repair workshop in France, in the Paris region. If your FLIBUSTIER jewel has a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will repair or replace your jewel with an identical jewel against return of the defective jewel. If your jewel is no longer available, you will be refunded its purchase price against return of the defective jewel. If this is not a manufacturing defect but damage resulting from an accident or improper use of Flibustier jewelry, you can contact us to have your jewelry repaired or order one of our repair services. The repair costs will be at your expense.
My jewelry is broken and I don't have the receipt. What should I do ?
The warranty is valid for 1 year and ONLY covers manufacturing and technical defects. Breakage or damage resulting from an accident or improper use of FLIBUSTIER PARIS jewelry is not covered by the warranty. The invoice acts as a guarantee and is essential to obtain the replacement or repair of your jewel or a refund.

Do you organize events in FLIBUSTIER stores?

Can I collect my items purchased online from one of your points of sale?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to collect your items purchased online at one of our points of sale.
