Merchandise is accepted for exchange, store credit or refund if returned in salable condition within 30 days* of the delivery date, accompanied by the original invoice. Personalized Items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to return an item?

1. Login

your account click on "My order history" and select the order you want to return, click on "Return an item" and follow the steps. You have up to 30 days to return an item upon receiving your parcel.

2. Prepare your parcel

and throw in your return authorization with the Return ID number on it. To speed up the process you can add that number on the parcel as well.

This return authorization is available once our services have validated your return demand.

3. Stamp your parcel

with the correct postage.

Attention: please insure your parcel as we may not be held responsible if your carrier loses your parcel.

TIPS: You can get the return cost refunded by Paypal and their return program. (Wanna know more?)

4. SHIP YOUR PARCEl

... and wait for it to reach us. Lay back and we'll take care of it.

Want a different model or size?

If you want to go for a completely different model (or just slightly different, we are not judging...) all you have to do is to return it after following the return procedure.

You have 30 days to return your items.

Once we receive your parcel we issue a voucher of the amount you paid (minus the shipping costs) so you can re-order the model you really want.

The voucher is valid for one year on all the website including items on sale and special promotions, and can be divided.

Want a refund?

If you were to finally decide that you would like to be refunded because you do not see anything you like in the end, don't worry, we can do that.

You have 14 days to return your item.

Just follow the same return process and add in the comments section: "I'd like a refund". It is as simple as that. No question asked. Once we get your parcel, we'll re-credit your card or Paypal account.

Please allow 14 days for the refund to process once we've received your parcel.
